Splashes of Green

>I attempted to add a ‘best of green pages’ to my sidebar but I am so blogger illiterate that I had to post a blurb instead. For those environmental nerds and wannabes out there, click your heart out. These are my favourites, for now..

Australian Conservation Foundation (these guys are the big kahuna for environmental activity and knowledge)

G-Online (you won’t believe the expanse of information on everything Green in this online magazine. It also comes with a weekly newsletter too which is a snapshot of current green tips and issues).

Green Revolution – a blog on tips to live a practical green life powered by young entrepeneurial spirits in the USA.

Treehugger – a discovery company, I couldn’t agree more.

The Kitchen Garden Foundation – Stephanie Alexander’s gold lion action to get young people engaged in their health and wellbeing through the support of an education program to grow organic food and learn to cook to sustain a lifetime of good energy – all this at school! I wish I was in Prep again.

Do you remember my post about The Plastiki boat, well here is more on the Pacific Trash Gyre, if you can’t handle the pictures then get proactive on reducing waste and educating others to do the same. This image was taken by the AMAZING environmental artist, Chris Jordan.
