It’s not a coincidence that I feel lighter after every yoga session, when I have given my mind and body the space to work intuitively together instead of by habit.
This is a great article to remind us that we have feelings and we should listen to them. It’s not a surprise that when we are stressed or excited we get butterflies in our stomach. Our gut is one indicator of how we feel.
It’s just interesting.
